Expo Overview:

In recent years, with the continuous improvement of society's demand for diversified education, China, as one of the world's recognized major sources of international students, has become a frontier for universities in various study destinations to compete for outstanding Chinese students.

The 2026 Shanghai International Education, Study Abroad and Immigration Expo is expected to attract over a hundred institutions from more than 40 countries and regions worldwide. Students and parents who attend on-site consultations will gain substantial benefits. Based on years of successful exhibition experience and accumulated resources, the organizing committee focuses on East China, following an international and branding approach to develop the education expo into the most representative brand exhibition in the education industry of the six provinces and one municipality in East China. This edition of the education expo will achieve a qualitative leap in scale, effectiveness, and brand influence, truly building a bridge for overseas institutions and study abroad immigration service agencies to deeply develop the education market in East China through enrollment promotion and international educational cooperation and exchanges.

Expo Highlights:

1. On-site evaluation to obtain application information in real-time; on-site consultation providing comprehensive institutional information aimed at enhancing face-to-face communication with parents. Participants include various domestic and international educational institutions such as comprehensive universities, higher technical colleges, and language training schools, meeting the study abroad needs of Shanghai's high school students, college students, undergraduate students, and vocational school students.

2. The expo not only enables Shanghai students and parents to engage in "zero-distance" exchanges with numerous prestigious universities but also provides one-stop services in career planning, scholarship applications, visa applications, study preparation, overseas life, international finance, overseas property investment, and immigration.

3. Academic exchange centers from various countries and multiple agencies hold study abroad policy briefings during the expo.

4. Academic exchange centers from various countries organize multiple world-renowned universities to recruit students in Shanghai.

5. Face-to-face exchanges with world-class universities in animation, fashion, film directing, music, fine arts, business, materials, and other fields.


Exhibit Scope:

1. Domestic and international preparatory schools, colleges, and universities (institutions whose academic credentials and degrees are recognized or registered by the competent educational authorities of their respective countries or authorized authoritative institutions, as well as institutions qualified to admit foreign students), K-12 early-age study abroad zone for elementary, middle, and high schools.

2. Domestic and international vocational training schools.

3. Domestic and international language training schools and institutions, study-related services (banks, accommodation, airlines).

4. Domestic and international government educational institutions, consulates.

5. Career education and private education enrollment consultation zones. College and university enrollment consultation zones for various institutions. K-12 early-age study abroad educational institutions and comprehensive service zones.


Booth Fee Standards:

Standard Booth: (3x3=9㎡) 27,000 RMB  Foreign enterprises: 5,000 USD for 9㎡

(Booth configuration: bilingual fascia board, one negotiation round table, three negotiation chairs, one document table, two chairs, carpet, one 220v power outlet, two spotlights)

Raw Space Booth: 2,800 RMB/㎡  Foreign enterprises: 520 USD/㎡

(Indoor raw space with a minimum rental of 36㎡, no configuration provided, exhibitors can arrange special decoration themselves or entrust the organizing unit to recommend booth construction companies);


On-site Promotion Event Fees at the Expo:

25 minutes per session, 20,000 RMB (Approximately 100-person venue capacity, limited quantity)

Fee includes: venue, tables and chairs, conference facilities, expo information boards, and on-site signage registration;


Participation Rules:

1. Fill out the exhibition application form and mail or fax it to the organizing unit;

2. Booth allocation principle: "First applied, first paid, first arranged," double-open booths incur a 20% surcharge;

3. Exhibitors should remit 50% of the participation fee to the organizing unit within 3 days after applying for a booth. The reserved booth will only be retained after payment. After remitting the participation fee, please fax the bank transfer receipt to the organizing unit. We will issue an invoice upon receipt of the participation fee;

4. After receiving the exhibition application and booth fees, the organizing unit will send the "Exhibition Manual" to exhibitors before February 13, 2026;
